While our crews do not carry a wide inventory of replacement manufacturer pins or proprietary screws, they use a strict taping system—taping the hardware bag directly to the physical piece of furniture—during teardown to ensure zero lost pieces.
Can I dismantle the furniture myself to save time?+
Absolutely. To save on the hourly rate, many clients choose to dismantle their own beds and desks before our crew arrives. However, standard bed frame and table disassembly is inherently built into our standard moving process.
Do you assemble brand new furniture out of the box?+
Yes we do. If you have ordered new furniture shipped directly to your new house, simply point us to the boxes. We will unpack, assemble the items according to manufacturer instructions, and remove all the cardboard waste when we leave.
