No hidden fees — ever. All charges are transparent.
In most cases, no. Standard stairs and normal walking distance are included. Special cases may incur a small fee. These include extreme distances or unusual access. We always explain this upfront before your move.
Local Bay Area moves may include a travel fee. This covers fuel and driver time. Long-distance moves have transparent mileage-based pricing.
We offer morning and afternoon arrival windows. Exact times are confirmed before moving day.
You only pay for the actual time used. For local moves, we bill to the nearest 15 minutes.
Yes. We handle stairs, elevators, narrow hallways, and tight corners. These are common in Bay Area apartments and homes.
